National Outreach Program (Beaconhouse National University)

Concordia Colleges organised sessions by the Beaconhouse National University (BNU) Team across campuses of Concordia Colleges to help students understand exclusive scholarship opportunities and benefits they can avail to study at BNU.
The sessions were conducted by Mr. Taimur Bandey, Education Consultant, at Concordia College Peshawar Road Campus, Rawalpindi. 
Families and communities are left with an enormous loss as lives are lost due to road accidents.
Concordia Colleges recognises that helmets save lives. An activity was organised to encourage everyone to wear a helmet, ensuring that every journey ends safely.

Exposure Visit to KAPCO Corporate Office, 2022

As part of the National Gateway Programme (Industry-Academia Linkages), Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit for students of Concordia College Kot Addu Campus to the KAPCO Corporate Office, Kot Addu.

The purpose of this visit was to help students learn about the functioning of KAPCO, best practices for energy conservation, and career opportunities at KAPCO and other power companies.

Concordia Colleges National - Level Speech Competition 2024

Students from across Pakistan delivered speeches and competed in the Serious Urdu, Humorous Urdu, Serious English, and Humorous English categories. The Chief Guest, Ms. Shumaila Saleem, Senior Headmistress Beaconhouse Garden Town Campus, and Mr. Malik Amir Ali, Head of Sales and Business Development Concordia Colleges, presented winners with shields and certificates. Ms. Amna Nazir and Ms. Wajeha Bilal graced the event as judges for the English category, and Ms. Rubina Javed and Ms. Maira Irfan served as honourable judges for the Urdu category.

National Gateway Programme - BNU Annual Degree Show 2023

Concordia Colleges has taken the initiative of ‘Industry-Academia Linkages’ under the ‘National Gateway Programme’. This initiative provides the opportunity for experiential learning for students through industrial trips and learning best practices and proven skills from public and private industry experts.

Under ‘Industry-Academia Linkages’, Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit for students to Beaconhouse National University (BNU) to explore different projects presented by the final year students of BNU. Students directly interacted with the new generation of artists, designers, and creators to understand the purpose and vision behind each project.

The visit provided a platform for students of Concordia Colleges to learn from talented graduating students and also fostered networking opportunities and potential collaborations.

National Outreach Programme (Lahore University of Management Sciences)

Concordia Colleges organised separate sessions by the National Outreach Programme Team at Concordia College Bahawalpur Boys and Girls campuses to help students understand the fully funded scholarship opportunities they can avail to study at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

LUMS is a globally-renowned educational institute that has transformed individuals, generations, and society as a whole. The speakers guided students on how to apply through applications, compete on open merit, and earn fully-funded scholarships.

Character Building Workshops

Concordia Colleges organised the ‘Character Building Workshop’ as part of the National Gateway Programme. This initiative aims to equip students with proper morality and discipline to help them lead ethical and successful lives.

We had the honour of having Mr. Shabir Ahmed as our first facilitator. He is a certified leadership coach and learning facilitator, Founder and CEO FirstDrop Consultancy, and Director The Learning Space (A 21st Century School).

He conducted interactive workshops across multiple campuses, enhancing the holistic development of students through engaging activities.

Exposure Visit to PCB National High Performance Centre

As part of the National Gateway Programme (Industry-Academia Linkages), Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit for students of Concordia College Walton Campus to the National High Performance Centre (NHPC) Museum in Lahore.

Students saw the collection of trophies, bats, balls, shirts, medals, photographs, and more souvenirs from memorable world cup matches played by the Pakistan Cricket Team.

Exposure Visit to Master Tiles Factory

As part of the National Gateway Programme (Industry-Academia Linkages), Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit of Concordia College Gujranwala Campus Students to the Master Group Tile Production Unit, Gujranwala.

The purpose of this visit was to help students learn about the different forms of tiles, their manufacturing, best practices for factory operations, and other valuable lessons from the industry-leading Master Tiles Team.

As part of the National Gateway Programme (Industry-Academia Linkages), students of Concordia College Pattoki Campus and Shahdara Campus visited Haleeb Foods Limited’s Bhai Pheru Plant where they explored different areas of the production process and learned about the workings of the Pakistani Dairy Industry.

Graduation Ceremony 2023

Concordia Colleges organised an event for graduates to celebrate the outstanding dedication and efforts of all students at Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. Chief Guest, Mr. Mian Imran Masood, Senior Parliamentarian, Member of PHEC, President of Pakistan Education Council and Former Minister of Education Punjab, and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Amina Wattoo Kasuri, Project Director Concordia Colleges, appreciated and awarded degrees to graduating students. Mr. Ali Raza, Group Director Beaconhouse Group, Mr. Ayyaz Ali Khan, Assistant Project Director Concordia Colleges, and Mr. Muhammad Ali Butt, Assistant Director Business Development and Sales ‘THE EDUCATORS’, graced the ceremony with their honourable presence. The Concordia Colleges Annual Speech Competition is a promising platform for young speakers to improve their speaking skills, build confidence, and be recognised at a national-level.

ANF – 'Say no to Drugs' Awareness Programme 2022

Concordia Colleges Integrated Business Solution (IBS) is innovatively designed to provide support to our campuses nationwide for all business and IT-related needs. IBS facilitates students with access to educational videos, course material, and subject-specific quizzes to help them in their studies. Concordia Colleges IT Team conducts training sessions on IBS for different campuses to ensure that they utilise the platform effectively and efficiently.

National Talent Hunt 2022

Concordia Colleges organised a ‘National Talent Hunt’ with the aim to help students prepare for board examinations.
Mock papers of all compulsory subjects were attempted by students, familiarising them with best practices and techniques for scoring the maximum marks possible. In recognition of their exceptional preparation, the best-performing students were awarded cash prizes.

Inter-Campus Qirat and Naat Competitions

Concordia Colleges successfully organised an Inter-Campus Qirat and Naat Competition in 2022 to commemorate Islam and our culture.
Students from across Pakistan were shortlisted and extended the invitation to participate in the final round of the competition which was held at Beaconhouse College in Lahore.

National Gateway Programme - Agritourism

Concordia Colleges arranged a visit to Kasuri Farms for students, where they learned about the agricultural industry of Pakistan. As part of the National Gateway Programme, Agritourism successfully equipped students with the necessary skills and knowledge for tree plantations, drone and camera use in agriculture, restoring the fertility of fields, and developing profitable business ideas by combining agriculture with E-Commerce.
We would like to thank the industry-leading experts of Kasuri Farms for engaging students and teaching them the best practices for achieving top-tier, record-breaking crop yields.

Independence Day Celebrations 2022

Concordia Colleges organised a flag formation activity at BNU to celebrate the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan. 120+ students from campuses across the country painted and came together to form our national flag.
The essence of this activity was to help students learn the symbolic value of the flag which symbolises progress, light, and knowledge.
P.S. Flags were placed on low-height wooden tables, not on the ground.

SOT Edition XV: Guardians of the Future

Beaconhouse, the country’s largest private educational network, conducted the 15th edition of its flagship “School of Tomorrow” (SOT) Event Series on Saturday (5 November) and Sunday (6 November) in Lahore. The event themed “Guardians of the Future” hosted over 150 global and local thought leaders from various sectors, including education, development, healthcare, technology, and digital media, for insightful panel discussions on a multitude of topics relevant to the youth and varying factors impacting the general public.

Iqbaliyat Quiz Competition on Iqbal Day 2022

To Honour Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Concordia Colleges Organised a Quiz Competition at Javed Manzil. Javed Manzil is a Monument and Museum in Lahore, where Dr. Allam Muhammad Iqbal lived for the last three years of his life. On 10 May 1961, the government of Pakistan converted the site into a museum to preserve Iqbal’s belongings and display his famous works and manuscripts. The purpose of this activity was to provide a platform to encourage students to learn more about the role of Allama Muhammad Iqbal in Pakistan’s history.

Exposure Visit for Students to Wagah Border

An exposure visit to Wagah Border was organised for students of Concordia Colleges.
The purpose of this visit was to help students develop a sense of patriotism by paying tribute to the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army.

Tape Ball Cricket Tournament 2022

We believe that sports and extra-curricular activities are crucial for the holistic development of students. The annual Concordia Colleges Tape Ball Cricket Tournament ignited the passion of students and encouraged a healthy level of competition between teams. Kasur Campus won first place, Shahdara Campus was the runner-up, and Faisalabad Campus achieved the third position!

Debates Competition 2022

Concordia Colleges organised a spectacular nationwide debates competition for Concordians. The first stage of the tournament was conducted on a regional level, the winners of which competed against each other in the National Finals held in Lahore!

Female Students Visit Gaddafi Stadium to Watch PAKvsIRE Cricket Match

Concordia Colleges arranged a trip for female students from multiple campuses across Pakistan to attend the women’s international cricket match between Pakistan and Ireland held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. Students thoroughly enjoyed the match, showed their support through placards, and cheered as both teams performed exceptionally. After the match, students had a meet and greet, and took pictures alongside the inspiring women from both teams.
