Concordia Colleges organised an event to celebrate the exceptional dedication and efforts of all graduating students from Kasur campus. CONCORDIA COLLEGES - HIGH ACHIEVERS CEREMONY 2024

Concordia Colleges, a project of Beaconhouse, proudly hosted the High Achievers Ceremony 2024 at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. The event celebrated the exceptional accomplishments of Intermediate Position Holders across all campuses, including Hafiza Maheen Fatima from Bahawalpur Campus, who secured 1st position in BISE Bahawalpur, and Hooria Mubashar Dar from DHA Campus Islamabad, who earned 1st position in the ICS Group FBISE. Both students were awarded cash prizes of 1,00,000 PKR for their outstanding results.

ICAP NATIONAL MATHS CHAMPIONSHIP 2024 - CONCORDIA COLLEGES

Students from Concordia Colleges participated in the 2nd ICAP National Maths Championship, organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in Islamabad. This exciting competition challenged students to think critically and enhance their mathematical skills.

Concordia Colleges organized a visit  to the School of Computer & Information Technology (SCIT) at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) to attend the Annual Projects Showcase.
The purpose of this visit was to help students learn about a variety of innovative projects spanning areas such as Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Computer Vision, Large Language Models, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and Artificial Intelligence.

Industry-Academia Linkages - The Center of Excellence - U.E.T

The WWF Pakistan team provided an overview of WWF’s Water Stewardship and Replenishment program, which encompassed a detailed presentation on WWF’s Global Goals and Drivers, the current water crisis in Pakistan, and various water conservation initiatives undertaken by WWF in different areas of Pakistan to overcome the water shortage challenges. 

Engr. M. Awais Zafar, Lecturer UET, gave an overview of UET and the establishment of the Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering (CEWRE), highlighting their collaboration with WWF-Pakistan for water replenishment initiatives.

Industry-Academia Linkages - Government Elementary College of Education

Under ‘Industry-Academia Linkages’, students of Concordia College Malir Campus, Gulistan e Johar, in collaboration with Durbeen, embarked on a journey to GECE, Hussainabad.
Students had first hand experience of the campus environment, facilities, and academic offerings, aiding in informed decision-making for prospective higher education pursuits.

Industry-Academia Linkages – State Bank of Pakistan Museum and Art Gallery

Under ‘Industry-Academia Linkages’, Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit for students of Gulistan-e-Johar and Garden campuses in Karachi to the State Bank of Pakistan Museum and Art Gallery.
Students were educated about Pakistan’s monetary history. They also gained insights into the bank’s role in financial matters, such as banking regulations and economic policies.

Inspirational talk Series – Walton Campus

Concordia Colleges organised an exposure visit for students  to the PEMRA Regional Head Office, Lahore. A speaker session by Mr. Ikram Barkat, Director General PEMRA, provided students with an overview of PEMRA’s operations and explained how it aims to improve the standards of information, education and entertainment available to the people of Pakistan.

Students were introduced to the fundamentals of football manufacturing. The visit offered the students valuable insights into the process of crafting footballs.

National Gateway Programme - BNU Annual Degree Show 2023

This exposure visit helped our students to explore different projects presented by the final year students of BNU. Our students directly interacted with the new generation of artists, designers, and creators to understand the purpose and vision behind each project.
